This sweet book has two of my favorite things: dogs and road trips! I loved the story of a pup and his owner who travel across the entire country of Canada together. The end of the book also includes a list of places where the duo stopped in the story.

So my dads dogs have a squeaky chicken, and it was Carson the dog,s, favorite surprise. But now him and mom are on a long road trip. Carson knows there is a surprise at the end, and at each stop he wonders if this could be it? The surprise turns out to be perfect, just like this book.

I enjoyed the pictures, but the story missed identifying most of the places they passed along the way. The story itself was cute. Comes out in May '17
