A book I hoped to read but never got to (maybe May?!?) and my delicious falafel, which I devoured 😋
This falafel place makes special fries, he uses the tops of the pita that he cuts for the falafel, then it‘s stuffed with mashed potatoes and deep fried with the falafel balls. They are UH.MAY.ZING🙌🏻
