Happy Thanksgiving Littens! Today I‘m thankful that I‘m not hosting because this week has convinced me that my cold is more than a cold. I‘m also thankful that my grown daughters still live here so they can make my contributions to dinner for me! Enjoy your day, enjoy your family and friends.

So growing up we would always mix up all the Thanksgiving Day leftovers (turkey, potatoes, stuffing, rolls and gravy) and throw it in the oven, bake at 300. What came out was a bubbling gelatinous disaster that looked inedible. We called this dish Turkey Crap and it is among the best things ever.
I also just really love people's reactions when I say I like to eat turkey crap.
