For Christmas Bella asked for a book about a girl who goes on an adventure. She got the Violet series and has just finished book one - she loved it and I‘m so proud of my littlest one who has become such a confident reader and now knows she can finish a chapter book all by herself! She‘s excited to start the New Year with the next in the series. Would recommend this for ages 7-9 #raisingreaders

What an adorable little read! These are out in the UK and will be released in the US later this fall. Rose and Violet team up to recover a stolen pearl when no one believes their eye-witness account of the theft. Cute characters, darling illustrations.
