I squealed with delight when I received this surprise #bookmail from @kensingtonbooks yesterday!

I love the Kensington cozies and had added this cookbook to my wish list of books. I will be starting over with the Hannah Swensen cozies next month and am looking forward to making these recipes along with reading the books!

Pickpick

I've not tried the recipes but if you're looking for cookie/candy recipes this is the book for you. These are not recipes that are made up on a whim - Fluke has either tested them or got them from friends who have. There are a lot of tips, under the name of one of her characters, that are great for less experienced bakers. She does have a story in the cookbook and she makes frequent mentions of a particular cookie being liked by a character.

jpmcwisemorgan I should add that this a great cozy mystery series! 🙂 8y
