so-soYes this book inspired the movie and parts of it were fun enough to read. It follows the exploits of 3 a cappella groups (Divisi, a female group from the U of Oregon, & 2 male groups the UVA Hullabaloos & the Tufts Beelzebubs). The professional aspects of a cappella were too detailed for the average reader so I reckon this is more for diehard fans. (Also no mention of the Gilmore Girls so in which the Whiffenpoofs appear!)
