Good news! Eleanor is ok! She has some soft tissue damage (she also got her neck closed in sliding closet doors two days ago) so we have some painkillers for her. She also developed a fever and a seriously runny nose, so she's also just sick. Although if the fever doesn't come down over the weekend, that could be a problem. But there will be no more cat problems. Here, earlier in the week.

AmyG I am happy to see she will be well. She‘s beautiful. 6y
Soubhiville I hope she recovers quickly. 6y
PirateJenny @Soubhiville first dose of painkillers and she's acting just like her little troublesome self. The vet did say it should have an affect on her fever too. She's playing, attacking Jack, making muffins on my leg, eating treats. She goes back Monday just to be checked out but I am feeling a lot better about things. We all are. Jack is such a good brother. 6y

The book is excellent but we aren't here for that. This weekend we got kittens! Top is Jack, for Calico Jack Rackham, and bottom is Eleanor, for the most awesome queen. They are holy terrors, just over 2 months (born April 10). I will report in on the books very soon.
