Each chararvter is very well thought and made down to the littlest quirk. She gives backstory at proper times. The females are not weak and there isn't sexual objectification. The male leads dont even sexualized their female counterparts. Even the descriptions of the places are amazing. Each place is so well thought out and unique to its region. From the blacken streets of Ketterdam to the colorfull town outside the ice court.

This us the most precious thing I've read. These are conversations between friends about music. Murakami a tremendous lover of music and Seiji a professoral music conductor.
