This is an amazing book which not only tells about why we crave for stuff but also the science behind it. This is my most favorite minimalism book so far where he is not forcing on what you need to declutter but gives you tips on how you can make it work for you.

This is the first book which I read about a woman of Indian Origin. Dava is a woman who wore many hats and has a lot of flaws too. Although I was very disappointed in the author to not be cognizant of the Telugu language, she had it written as Telegu in the book .

Such a beautiful book with what every family has - lots of love and some hidden lies. Love how the book unfolds and Tara and Mukta evolve as the times change.

This book follows the crazy life of Martha who seems to know what she wants and intentionally(and sometimes unintentionally ) destroys it and hopes things were not how they turned out. This follows her mental illness but doesn‘t make us feel too sympathetic(not in a bad way) but shows the reality from close quarters.

Love how with the story the character of Patrick also evolves. This is a beautiful story about family, togetherness, love and hope. The pace was slow until about 1/3rd of the book but after that it was hard to put it down. Totally recommend

I really tried to love this book. But 1/3rd into the book, I had the same knowledge as I had 5 pages in. Although real, it was mundane reading the same thing over and over again for 70 pages.

This is an intense yet touching book. Talks about bullying, suicide. What was good was how bullying is touched both from bullied and the one who bullied‘s POV.

This book is set in 1950‘s but many of the struggles this women faces still sound true to this time. I love how passionate Elizabeth Sod is about Science, love and Women‘s rights. What I thought was a fun romantic read ended up being a layered book leaving lot to think about

I was not drawn in when I started reading the book. It felt it was a mean girl kinda book but I loved how the book ended up. Kimmy loves making clothes, she also likes painting. Her mom who is an artist herself thought Kimmy would continue her legacy. Kimmy gets invited to go to Japan by her grandparents and she decides to go on a self discovery journey. This novel has love,friendship, self discovery and lots of mush. Definitely recommend it

This is one of the biggest disappointments for me. I wanted to love this book. But the character was so flat with no development whatsoever. And the story is the most clichéd one ever.

This is a book of grief , faith and finding herself. The author wrote her heart out on how she felt losing her mother, reconnecting with her father and finding herself again.

I am a sucker for love stories and this would definitely be one of my top ones in the romance genre. Such a beautiful story of 2 childhood sweethearts. Would definitely read it a few more times in the future

One of the most intense and intriguing stories I have ever read. This is definitely an interesting narration spanning from when the baby was in the womb to his end. I especially love how his mom‘s life has changed during the whole book as well

This book took me to a beautiful place and left me with a sense of contentment about life. It took me 4 chapters to get into the book but once Daisy Jones joined The Six the story started being so gripping and twisted. Would totally read it again

I had mixed feelings about this one but I liked how it ended. I really would have liked for the characters to have had more depth and the story more flushed out. But overall it was a good one time read

This is a nice read for those days where you would want to finish a book in one sitting. I love that it was packed with lot of emotions and back story of Hadley and not just some fluff to match the title of the book

This is an interesting fantasy. But gets a little preachy in between. I liked how a cat drove the story.

Loved how flawed and authentic everyone in the novel are especially Evelyn and Celia. Definitely recommend!

This is by far the worst book I have ever read. I can tolerate almost anything but not under age s€x!!

I was very intrigued after reading the blurb of the story that I immediately got my hands on it. This is one of the books which starts off great but falls flat almost immediately. There was 0 emotional connect. At no point have i got connected to Leila. I felt sorry for her a couple of times but that's it. I don't know if author went with the fact that not everything has closure in life, but the story was so disjointed and all over the place.

I am always in awe of Haruki Murakami's writing. This is a short story collection. Loved all the short stories.

Great book which talks about family and country. With no knowledge about Japan Korea War this was a good place to start

Being used to strong protagonists who are either likeable or dislikable, Tsusiko and Sensei were such refreshing characters. The story of them just sitting and drinking felt very new and interesting.

After reading the sample of the ebook, I was very intrigued and was so sure I would love the book. Little did I know the book was 20x the first chapter. 1/4th into the book, i came to know more about Kathy than the protagonist. It was a good story with very poor writing. I read till the end in the hope to like it, unfortunately that didn't happen!

Sound of waves is a simple story written extremely well. It portrays the life of an introverted fisherman. However towards the end , I felt it was dragged too much! ⭐⭐⭐/5
