This book is good for the soul. I love Anne Shirley and I love the Cuthberts. L.M. Montgomery is masterful at descriptive language and at writing such complex characters. This is the kind of book that will have you smiling so hard and occasionally crying because it's incredibly moving. Highly recommended.
