I wasn't sure where the Latin came from. I think it meant 'Eat my pants!

I have nothing intelligent to say about this book. All I can say is that it is powerful, raw, unforgettable, and deeply needs to be understood.

Equal parts hilarious, vivid, and poignant.

Kate Beaton is a comic genius. This book made me giggle so many times that I had to close the book to calm myself down. For anyone that loves comics, history, and/or literature!

1) Jeremy Whitley is awesome and his daughter and wife are the bomb. 2) This book is everything and everyone should read it. Especially if they have daughters!

This was a decent book. I had a hard time with Kate's personality, as the "shrew" characteristics were still just as present as in Shakespeare in some places--and not necessarily changed or addressed very well. That being said, I still enjoyed most of it.

This book is beautiful. Well written and has so much I wanted to know about wine.
