Great book! Everyone should read!

Just Ok but still worth the read.

Very short but fun. Governess leaves when student goes to boarding school and the father cannot lose the woman who has kept them all together.

Great short story. Esmeralda and Charles meet several years after he disappeared but as a perfumer she knows his scent immediately. He is trying to buy back his freedom and she is looking to apprentice with a master perfumer. Enjoy!

Did not enjoy but I know a lot of people did so it is probably just me.

Great short story. Friends to oh so much more. I really enjoyed.

Richard and Sabine are a good point counterpoint couple. Sabine was extremely talented and Richard acknowledged that; utilizing those skills in the spy game. I enjoyed reading as I have the others in the series.

Nice novella and Liam and Bathsheba are a worthy couple. Mature and fine in their lives they are so much more together.

Really good story and a great beginning to new series. Nice to read about women who have an interest outside of balls etc. Henry was quite high handed but Irene was wonderful.

Not my favorite of her books but a nice read. Fox was just too wish washy and Miranda too spoiled.

Loved it. One of the better in this series and they are almost always good. Scottish Highlands, time travel and wealthy good looking men.

Another great story. Georgie is a con man who has to lay low. Pretending to be a secretary he worms his way into Lawrence's home and life.

Jack has worked hard to get where he is. Having been a valet and now a "fixer" for the gentry he is satisfied with his life. Enter Oliver, a nobleman who is the exact opposite.

Very good. Charlotte is the daughter of a con man and Owen the investigator who was using her father during a kid napping. 8 yrs later and he comes to her for help as she was one of the best code breakers.

Very good story. Michael is a loner who expects perfection. Edwina is a woman with skills at bookkeeping and organization. They fit together her well except for their classes. He is a Duke and she is a commoner.

Only OK. Time travel but no real depth to characters. Possibly will read next book as I did like the brother.

Good story of two people who are surrounded by many but so very lonely. Hugo was a twin and when his brother died he dedicated his life to medicine. Georgette is a young woman who is adrift with no home or job but with a little money to see her to the next stop in her life. Throw in a treasure hunt and the two become embroiled in an escapade that will make you smile.

This was a fun and enjoyable book. The letters are really funny but telling. Archie is a third son just out of the army and working as a steward. Genevieve is a newly minted Duchess who has no idea what to do. The Duchess Practices are hilarious!

Wonderful but bittersweet. Fans of the series have a brief peak into George and Linnie's romance. Not a traditional HEA but to me very satisfying.

Book suffers from aging yet in the author' wonderful style heartstrings are pulled but the emotions evoked. Sara is an OK heroine but Peregrine is interesting. Found the book for free but am contemplating get the next in the series.

Good story with Gabriel and Pandora finding love from an unlikely meeting. Pandora is a little too over the top for me and the time span for the story seems too short for me, but still another good story from Ms Kleypas.

Read. This. Book. This is an absolute gem of a story and I enjoyed it so much! The hero, Crispin, is into politics and I mean he is the power-grabbing manipulative politician of his time. His ambition is to be prime minister. Jane is his match in political knowledge.

The story is both personal and political and we see what can turn a person into a power hungry manipulator and if a decision can change the course of a country. Great pairing!

This was a solid book but the story was quite light. It is good for an afternoon read but I did not get invested in either character. Also full of modernisms that took away a bit.

This was one of the best since Beauty Tames the Beast. Eugenia owns a governess placement service that has kept her busy since her husband died 7 years ago. Into her life walks Ward who has recently taken guardianship of his half siblings. I enjoyed the witty banter and the writing is superb. It was one of those books that I read as fast as I could but didn't want to come to the ending. Enjoy!

Another really good story from the author. Her attention to historical periods is great. What I really like is how it is not the usual periods of history so the stories are new and fresh.

Enjoyed Megan and Hamish's story but if you have not read the Windham books before you will be lost as there is quite a cast of characters. Always great writing with humor and heartache is abundance.

Enjoyed quite a bit. Imogene and Phillip are an interesting couple. No need to have read the series but be ready to suspend belief.
