This was a quick read - a really fun novel about a girl on a road trip, searching to find the answers to the questions that hinder her life and growth... along the way, she meets some new people and they shape her life in different ways. Such a fun read! Really enjoyed this one; but there were some aspects that I wish were different of course! 4 ⭐️

Read this book a while ago in one sitting. I devoured it and gobbled it all up at once - I simply couldn't put it down! It was a fun, drama-filled, emotional read and I would 100% recommend it. There is awesome representation in this novel, too, which is definitely needed in all books! This book is a really good read that will pull at the heart strings!

This one, for me, was a confusing one - I honestly think I've passed the catchment age for this book. It felt really slow because of its setting and the fact that "Solitaire" wasn't actually the main theme of the book - I expected Solitaire to be the main theme but it seemed to be a subplot sitting behind the rest of the story. I loved the writing though and am looking forward to reading something else by Alice! Give it a go!
