So excited to visit this bookstore on a recent stop in Brooklyn! I had the very special chance to hear this author speak and knew I had to track down one of her books. She was so funny and engaging in person!

Just starting this for a bit of April vacation reading...I have heard good things and I found a lovely spot for quiet poolside reading!

Really enjoyed this one! It is written in verse and tells a story from WWII that I was only vaguely aware of before. Highly recommend!
