A fantastically and enjoyable read for all ages. Hard to put down once I got started. A young tavern lady out of sync with townspeople goes on a soul searching trip and discovers love and strength even amongst strangers

Once I started reading, it was hard to stop reading. I plan to read the next book in the series. The main characters, constantly mistrusting one another. It takes a child and imagination to bring adults together in order to realize that love helps them to find acceptance of past family failures & mistakes. The elf-king constantly hindering the situation doesn't help matters. I enjoyed the genre of historical romance mixed with magical creatures.
