Wasn't terrible, but I learned more from the acknowledgements then anything else. For sure, when people tell me they have a pet rat I'm not completely grossed out, but this book didn't do much for me.
As the third and final book in the Testing series I expected a lot more. I loved the plot twist of Symon leading the rebels with bad intentions, but the ending is horrible. It would've been so much better if Dr. Barnes was right about President Collindar. I love the concept of The Testing series but it could've been executed a lot better.

I loved this YA novel! I am a little biased, considering I love books about running away from the government, but who doesn't love reading about a girl with a bedazzled hatchet falling for the president's son while running from a madman Russian in the middle of a storm in Alaska! Gave me all the feels!
We need more hekamists in the world... most of us could use a spell or two...
So emotional!! Be prepared to cry and scream and laugh because this book has it all! All ab9ut the story of dealing with you past and moving forward, you hear from four different point of views of their struggles and how the deal with them... or how they don't.
I absolutely loved this book!! The fight for love, the fight over politics, the fight during the war, and the fight for each other is so amazing read. It was wonderful to see the characters change and evolve throughout the series.
