I really want to like Tella but I don't. I really want to love Dante, Legend and Jax but I'm starting to get bored. I really want dive into an surreal fantastical world but I'm not sure it's fleshed out enough to enjoy. Struggling hard with this one.

Long time no review. The flu is rough but I did listen to Caraval. I really enjoyed the premise. The main characters are a bit bland but it was a fun time. More fun than the flu.

I was really hesitant with this book for a long time. But now that I'm half way through I'm trying to figure out why I waited so long. I'm really enjoying this even though I'm pretty sure I have the end figured out.

I am so disappointed with this book. The beginning started really well and interesting and then it just got boring. I didn't care that much about any of the characters. It just dragged till the end. 2 out of 5 stars.

Overall I really enjoyed this book and I think it really did a good job of retelling Beauty and the Beast with Celtic folklore. I found the ending to be a little boring but I do plan to read the second book and more of Emma Hamm's retelling.

Idk what it is with Holly Black books but I just devour them. I read 80% of this yesterday and plan to finish it tonight.

Had a moment today where I realized my tbr this month was entirely too ambitious. Currently battling retail hell. Hoping to get some reading in later today and tomorrow. Currently reading this by C. J. Brightley and listening to Krampus.

The Christmasaurus was adorable and fun and I thoroughly enjoyed it! The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars was cause of the predictability but the rest was wonderful. Onward to Krampus by Brom which I started a few years ago but I'm choosing to start over so I can get the full experience.

I always struggle with poetry. This one had a lot of hit or miss poems. Pretty 50/50.

Now this book!!!! I am in love! Beautiful poetry, horror movie inspired feminism. Yes, yes, yes! 5 out of 5 stars! New fave!

I enjoyed this book. I adored the beginning but the end was a little lackluster for me. I did really enjoy the reimaging of history and of course that it was about witches. It is a fun book and I do recommend it.

Really enjoying this one! Maybe not the most accurate but I'm a sucker for witches.

Just finished this and it was a great ride. I definitely recommend this especially the audio book.

This is an amazing audiobook! The podcast feels so real and Sadie's narrator is perfect. I don't know if I would be enjoying this book as much if I hadn't started with the audiobook.
