First off 👍🏻👍🏻 on the beautiful cover! Great as always by this author. Famed chef Deacon Thorpe dies. His 3 wives (2 ex & 1 current) & 3 kids meet - very reluctantly - in Nantucket to pay respects. Walks down memory lane & shocking revelations. Great summer read 🌴

Quick read! Story of college roommates who vow to meet up 20 years later & promise to remain friends. End up meeting 18 years later at request of one roomie's will. Love. Lies. Infidelities. Babies. Careers. Years. Does the friendship survive? Read it and see 😉

Finished this hot chunkster by the pool! Great story. Loved Harper ❤️.The Fireman, Allie & Nick. Interesting concept - the Dragonscale. We watch them all fight for their lives but some humor thrown in. Gotta love a book that can incorporate Mary Poppins AND Martha Quinn! 🌂🎧👍🏻👍🏻

Love this author & got the chance to read an ARC (thanks Netgalley!). My new fav of hers! Two sisters - Josie & Meredith. So different. Mix in a family tragedy, fast forward 15 years, stir in lies, secrets, guilt, love, longing, regret. And you have so much more than chick lit! 👍🏻👍🏻

I liked it (still like Brooklyn more I think). Love the way Toibin writes and character development. I find myself invested in his characters, even the ones I don't particularly like!

All's fair in love & war! This had both. I love this period of history. Mary annoyed me at first but I grew to like her. Well written. Great story!

Liked the premise. Can't imagine living thru it. Kept me engaged. Loved Christine. Hated Marcus at times. Loved Griff. Another good one from Scottine!

What I loved most about this book was Mimi. Felt like I watched her grow up. Love Quindlen's writing!
