Went to Half Priced Books to look for ONE thing! Couldn't find what I was looking for. Came out with three other books.

I just finished The Shack. It was so much more than I thought it would be. There are so many deep lessons within the book to be learned. Lots of stuff to ponder on. I highly recommend this book to EVERYONE! Excellent read.

Just finished A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman. I have to admit, at first, I thought this book was a little slow and hard to trudge through. As I got further and further into the book, I realized what a beautiful and endearing story it really was. They say, "Never judge a book by its cover." Well, you also can't judge it by the first few chapters. This book is a wonderful read. I miss Ove already...that grumpy, but not so grumpy, old man.

Currently reading this wonderful book. About 30% of the way through. Starts off a little slow but is really starting to pick up. Loving the main character. 😊
