Everyone needs a summer read about romance, family, mother and daughter relationships and sisters. It was typical but enjoyable and just what I needed!

I became fascinated on why people would call her only to get put down, yelled at and called very degrading names. However, the more I listen the more sound advice she appears to give.
The book gave lots of different perspectives from a variety of people in her life. Got a good background on where she came from and how she got to where she is today. If you're a Dr. Laura fan or even foe you'll enjoy the insights from the variety of people.

LOVED this book! As you read it, you feel like you're a part of E.B. White's life. You get to know him from his age as a child, to an adult with pictures and words directly from him, his friends and family. The real photos, his own handwritten work and the current illustrations make the book come alive! Read this book to learn how his children's classics came to be, learn about his personal life and advice on life and writing. This is a must read!

I usually don't read young adult books but decided to take a chance on this one. It was decent. Not the typical YA book. Loved the subject matter of organ transplant which is unique. The author did a good job of adding crime, mystery, suspense and romance all into one. I can't say I loved it or hated it but I know won't be reading the second one in the series.

Fast-paced and a mind candy type of read! Grabbed my attention right from the beginning. Not a literary masterpiece just pure fun entertainment.

Fascinating, disturbing, so sad and I believe this story could've been prevented.

Just so-so. I almost bailed but was compelled enough to continue reading to discover mystery of Ada's father. I didn't find the relationships between the characters very intriguing and I found the technology aspect of the story somewhat boring. I also ended up scan reading the end just to get through it. Bummed I didn't enjoy this more with all the great reviews on here.

I was hoping not to shed a tear but this is the typical dog book that makes you cry. What was unique about this book was that Lily, the dog had a "voice." As a dog lover myself, I often say out loud what I think my dog is communicating to me! Pick it up if you're in the mood to read about the delicate decision, that we all have to make as dog owners, when is the right time to say good bye.
