Robin Hobb has written some of my all time favorite books, but the Soldier Son trilogy just didn't do it for me. There are neat bits here and there that sparked my imagination, but this trilogy just doesn't live up to Liveship Traders/Assassin/Fool trilogies. #robinhobb #soldierson
