I really enjoyed this book, as it can act as another motivator in my life. The book is about “David Goggins” who was brought up by a unloving father and was put through the paces already at a young age. David became over weight and depressed and was lost at life. He began working on his mental and physical health and became an extremely popular figure. He went through navy seal training, military training and airforce training.
