This book was destined to make me cry. After getting to know these characters for ten books now I can't believe we have to say goodbye :(

Quite possibly my favorite book of the series. No that's wrong. It's not possibly, this is hands down my favorite. Geoffrey and Georgiana in Japan. What's better than that? Oh I know--Mugen!
I'm so glad my friends talked me into reading this series! 40+ books later and each release is still a must read immediately book :)
I am SO FREAKING EXCITED to read this book!!! Put it on your TBR lists and, if you Netgalley, request it now! Or if you haven't already read it, go read The Lost Wife and patiently wait until September for this one to release.
"You pierce my soul. I am half agony, half hope...I have loved none but you."
Pretty darn good. I was never more than an occasional Archie fan as a kid and haven't read any of the books in years. Hubby suggested this one (especially since I'm a fan of Mark Waid) and he was right, I did like it :)
I LOVED THIS BOOK! Yes I was already a fangirl and therefore biased but I enjoyed this memoir more than I even expected to--so much so that I finished it in two sittings. Full review to come later but if anyone is on the fence about whether or not to read it, the answer is YES!
Because a reread is never a bad idea.
While I'm enjoying this audio book, I don't know how I feel about any other narrator besides Davina Porter being book Jamie. This "Jamie" sounds more like Dougal.
"Eight years old, I thought, and thrown away."
Best chapter ever. Short, sweet, and to the point.
One of the best Batman stories ever told. It changed the face of comics and is still retains its relevance 30 years later.
Wow! This Gallery Editon is swoon worthy. Signed, numbered, and absolutely worth the high price tag. But shh don't tell hubby, I'm totally using his splurge as an excuse to buy more yarn 😝
This is what happens when you're sorting through your BEA haul looking for your next read and trying to decide on breakfast at the same time. Then I opened the book and read the dedication, that was enough for me to make me want to continue reading--after I made some pancakes 😄
I don't know how to review or rate this book. I'm not sure I can say I liked it. I mean I didn't enjoy reading it but I don't know if I was supposed to. It's a masterpiece of words and emotions that are still part of me years later--maybe that was the point?
If the author's goal was to write a book that causes dramatic emotional swings in her readers she was successful! I both loved and hated this book in all the best ways. Tissues are required for the beginning, a large glass of wine for the middle. A great read. Add it to your TBR list!
Rothfuss has all the words and I have none that will do justice to this book. Just read it. You won't regret it.
The language in this book is simply beautiful. And such wonderful characters! I love recommending this series to friends and "forgetting" to tell them the last book isn't out yet just so they can share my pain :)
My desert island book. There's something in here for everyone. Romance, dystopia, sci-fi, humor. This was my father's favorite book and is undoubtedly one of mine.
"In the past week," she said, "I've been married to Othello, been loved by Faust, and been kidnaped by Paris. Wouldn't you say I was the luckiest girl in town?"
I'm definitely an Eleanor. But I would want to end up with Col. Brandon.
Do I really need to state my undying love for this novel again? Everyone who knows me know this is my favorite novel of all time.
My second favorite Austen. I have a deep love of Capt. Wentworth and Anne is a fabulous heroine
I'm so glad I was late to the party with this one. Waiting my just have killed me.
I'm on the verge of tears before finishing the first page. This is not going to be an easy read *grabs tissues*
So much in one book. Romance, adventure, history, joy, sorrow, just everything a book can be. And it's wonderful.
What can I say? It's Auri. If you don't love Autri I don't know if we can be friends.
