I bought this book on a whim, and it‘s taken a long time for me to pick it up. But wow I was engrossed from the beginning. A very clever story. I now need to read his back catalogue!

Crazeedi The title is awesome! 6y

A lovely day with the in-laws having a very slow cooked BBQ, in the lovely weather. Think someone has had too much sun!

I‘m 10 chapters in (not long chapters) to realise there are two main characters, this changes everything. I‘m enjoying this so far!

This was a ‘bloody‘ good book. I am loving the series but am gutted there is only 2 more left. I haven‘t read a Dexter book that I didn‘t get engrossed in and didn‘t want to end. Well done Jeff Lindsay!

Watching ‘SAS: Who dares wins‘ got me really intrigued into this person, he comes across as such a grounded person. Reading this book makes you realise why. I loved his sorry and the lessons really make you think. Brilliant!

So I had a great experience today! I work in a school and today we had a Careers Fair. I got to meet an American NASA Astronaut in training. An amazing lady called Mindy Howard. Very inspirational. I‘m not sure who was more excited, me or the students. 👩🏻‍🚀

LauraJ That is so cool! 👩‍🚀 6y

I love 007 books, so far they have been amazing and gripping. It‘s not the best of Bond, but it is still worth a read.

CarolynM I read all the James Bond books when I was much too young. I loved them, but I agree this isn't the best. 6y

Really good read, it‘s not something I would normally read, but I‘m glad I did. Really thought provoking, seeing how life was back in the 1930 in in the Deep South of America. I enjoyed the fact my voice changed to American I‘m my head ( as a British person I‘m sure the accent was way off), showed me I really got into it. It‘s definitely a thinker about Race, Gender and Morals.

Does anyone know why I have reference sticker in my book?

wanderinglynn No. And that‘s annoying. I‘m annoyed for you. I hate stickers in or on books. 😡 6y
Birdsong28 @DiggySoul If it's a library book then it will be the tag they use for security reasons. All information such as where you loaned the book from will be stored in it. 📚📖 6y
DiggySoul @wanderinglynn @Birdsong28 I bought this one from Waterstones. At first I assumed there was a mistake and it was to correct it. But it‘s printed on top perfectly. I reckon it‘s been left on from the paper merchant by mistake. 6y

I loved this book. Excellent character development, the choice of villain (Hugo Drax) worked so well and the idea of the Moonraker was awesome. Ian Fleming never fails to bring Bond to life on each page.
