A fast and furious read filled with a sense of ominous foreboding. So very atmospheric. Reminded me of Emily Brontë's Wuthering Heights.

catebutler I did something really stupid though, I accidentally bought Frenchman's Creek INSTEAD of Jamaica Inn. So my copy is STILL on the way. I had to read an electronic copy. Seriously, Cate! 🤦🏽‍♀️ 8y
