I LOVED this book! Everything about it was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the setting, which made me recall longingly (with Hiraeth?) the time I spent in the welsh countryside. This romance was very true to historical realities and I learned a lot about chartist movement. While I enjoy light and fluffy historical romances, as well, it is nice to read one that deals with harsh realities without being depressing. 5/5

Delightful and fun! A perfect book for dreary fall days (which are my favorite). Tessa Dare's witty writing always makes me smile. This book made me want to reread all the spindle cove and castles ever after books.
