kspenmoll Oh this is too funny! Thank you for the hilarity here! Screaming obscenities! @TheBookHippie @dabbe. Screaming in the car is my jam! On the plus side, I do yoga stretches- just 10 min in morning, sit w coffee & contemplate on my day ahead & facing it with love hope & compassion. 2d

TheBookHippie @dabbe the sun salutation is easy quick and very good for you. Especially to keep range of motion post menopause 🫣🫠😵💫😝😭😝 however I‘ve done it for 35 years. 2d
