pickI read Cujo probably 25 years ago and I remember it being terrifying then. Reading it now as a mother brings an entire new level of terror to the situation Donna Trenton finds herself in on that hot summer day in 1980. It's also interesting to think of how this would need to be a very different book if it were written today in the age of cell phones and almost constant connection to the world. One of my faves by King.

pickGreat story. I actually loved the reason for the dome. FYI do not watch the TV adaptation bc other than some character names, the name of the town and the dome they changed everything and it was awful.

so-soI love Stephen King. I did not love this book. I knew going in that it was crime fiction, and i'm not a fan of crime fiction. But still I thought Stephen King, it has to be good. It was just ok. I kept getting so aggravated at the main character bc just really dumb decisions. I think I'll stick to the genre King does best.

pickOne of those books that makes me want to put it in the freezer (points if you get the Friends reference). It had some creepy, scary scenes but mostly this was a terrifying, anxiety-provoking psychological thriller. Also some very uncomfortably scenes describing childhood molestation. But dang can King tell a story. It had my heart pounding so I give it 4 🌟🌟🌟🌟
