Read in May. Predictable since page one. I can‘t say much without spoil the story. I didn‘t see that twist coming but maybe not a surprise for some readers. So what I liked in this book? Those psychological dark personalities dynamics description. I think author knows pretty well the correctional system but some actions were a little bit exaggerated. Slow pace. I liked it not love it. But it was okay for me. It has low rating in GR(so-so)3⭐️

I was lucky to find this on BookOutlet as it‘s a great collection of #poetry. Read Liu Xia‘s short bio and you‘ll see why. Her poems reflect what it‘s like to live in an authoritarian (the forward in her book calls China totalitarian) state.

My first book of 2018 is to start the #readingwomenchallenge with #womanintranslation . I love that is set in Istambul as this is one of the cities I've always wanted to visit.
