pickOverall a solid book that I liked but didn‘t love, which I guess would make me #teamLauren? Original story concept of criminals blinded to their crimes through brain surgery. I liked 85% of the book, but when it came to the end and resolution, I didn‘t care for how that played out. I would still give this a recommendation, though.

Megabooks @emilyhaldi I connected with Cal, Fran, Isaac, and Dawes. I felt beyond those, it suffered from a lack of depth in other characters. There were just too many. 7y

Megabooks @Reviewsbylola I can see that. I think I liked PLW so much because of the narrator. Interestingly, that narrator has done Goodbye, Vitamin and Sourdough as well. 🤷🏻♀️ I loved her doing GV, and almost wish I had gone audio on Sourdough. 7y
