I think I met my goal or almost met my goal every week of 10 active miles.

My original goal was to read 10 books, I increased it, but actually didn‘t need to!

I hope everyone on my team had a great round! It was nice to get to know everyone! #smallsteppers

This wasn‘t a great week for me. Being on call for Labor Day really wore me out. I didn‘t make it to the gym, but I did eat a little better and had electronics turned off earlier. I have vacation this week, so here‘s to a better week! #bfcr3 #smallsteppers

#BFCR3 check in time!

I finished a book, started a new audio book, and read 2 graphic novels. I'm doing ok on my quest to give up soda. The Ohio Renaissance Festival started this weekend, snd @cobwebmoth and I are working out there again. So we'll be getting plenty of exercise on the weekends through October.

Scochrane26 Soda is hard to give up. I had to give up caffeine a few yrs ago, so that helped me kick the habit. I still drink soda some but not often. 5y

Not my best week, but I still feel pretty good about it. I‘m on call this week, so that always makes it so much harder to turn electronics off, meal prep and exercise without getting interrupted. I did up my goal to six books, which is blowing my mind a bit. I‘ve always been a reader, but this year I‘ve really surprised myself. I‘ve already beat my goodreads goal of 35 books, which was 2 more books than I read last year #bfcr3 #smallsteppers

Listened to this on audio. It was okay. Honestly,
not much like the movie. I liked the movie better.

The book was okay. Mary Poppins was kind of a bitch. Basically made the kids seem like they were stupid and crazy.

I was starting to get in an audiobook slump, which is why I read a children‘s book.
