Mdargusch I did! I loved so much! The move was good and entertaining but it was missing something for me. 6y

ScientistSam @Mdargusch I liked the flashbacks OK but didn't love how Juliet was portrayed. She seemed a bit nosy and annoying while I had sympathy for Mark, which wasn't how I felt with the book at all 6y

Mdargusch I agree. I didn‘t love Juliet like I did in the book and I think that‘s why the movie was just ok. I‘m not sure I loved the actress they picked for the role? 6y

You were all correct, this book is intense and heartbreaking and moving. I absolutely love the structure and how Gyasi manages to create such strong attachments in so few pages.
