Harvey has been downgraded to a tropical storm. The coastal areas of Texas were hard hit and the ongoing rain will continue to create difficulties in getting people aid. Outlying areas, like Austin, have had some high winds and on/off rain. I know we already have preemptive flood warnings because there are some areas that are prone to flooding.
Harvey has been upgraded to a Cat 4. Katrina made first landfall as a Cat 5, later making a second landfall as a Cat 4 - to put this in perspective. If you're in a position to help in any way, please do.
