so-soThis likely affected my review, yet it really bothered me that I swear I‘ve read half this story before years ago.
Otherwise, this was a decent book. I wish there was a little bit more connection between what happened with the Knight at the end and earlier in the story. It was a n ie twist, though it felt disjointed. The end and beginning just felt like totally different stories
pickIt was very hard to get a picture of this that didn‘t have a cat in the way lol. I really enjoyed this!! The characters were interesting, the plot was unique, and I loved the world. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
pickThis world of time traveling monsters is so unique and enthralling it could be hundreds of pages longer, and I'd still wish for more. Not to mention a love triangle that is subtle and secondary and doesn't take over the story. I can't wait till the third one!
Listened to this audiobook during a workout. Lorelei sometimes steals my yoga mat, like she did in this old photo, but thankfully she didn‘t today 😆

so-soI liked the premise of this book but could not stand either MC. Jae was extremely unprofessional and didn‘t do a whole lot in the book to redeem himself. Nami did not act like a 30 year old business owner. I did not enjoy their competitiveness or banter. I liked the overall story and world but… what do you do when you hate the people you‘re supposed to be rooting for?!
pickI absolutely adore Kalynn Bayrons books, but I do think I would have liked this in paper more than I did the audio, and I wish I‘d read it that way. I just didn‘t feel the narration sadly. Because the story was AWESOME, genuinely quite scary and unpredictable.
