DarcysMom I downloaded the app. If I subscribe now, can I choose when the first chapter comes? 7y
BookishTrish @DarcysMom When you subscribe to the serial, the first chapter comes immediately. So you can subscribe when you'd like to start. 7y
DebinHawaii @BookishTrish So if we didn't read your response to @DarcysMom until now & we downloaded the app & subscribed to LOTWW to see it & thus got the first issue... are we forever messed up? 7y
BookishTrish @DebinHawaii I feel like it's all going to work out still. 7y
Faibka Thanks for the reminder! 😊 7y

Does anyone use #Calibre to organize your eBooks? I don't buy all mine through Amazon and am looking for a way to add them to my library program and saw this recommend on a forum. I'd like to hear from someone who's used it. #pleaseshare #library #ebooks #cataloging #kindle

Maike I'm using it, but I don't really organize with it. I just dump all my ebooks into calibre to have them all in one place. But you can edit a lot of meta data for each book and filter them that way. 7y
Lcsmcat @maike Thanks for answering. Do you put eBooks other than Kindle in it? I want to export it as a CSV file that I can then import into my Libib library software so I stop buying books I already own. 7y
Maike @Lcsmcat yes, also epubs and pdf documents. I think they support all the usual e-reader file formats. 7y
rubyslippersreads I haven't done this, but according to the MobileRead Calibre forum, you may be able to use Calibre's Create Catalog to create a CSV file. 7y
Lcsmcat @maike @rubyslippersreads Thanks. I think I'm going to try it. I get a lot of my eBooks from the Gutenberg Project and I don't want to have to type them all in! 7y
