This is definitely THE pick for anyone who‘s enjoyed a rollicking D&D campaign. The world-building is sturdy without being Tolkien. You will 100% fall in love with Sidra (okay, that might just be me). The ending is disappointing — too open-ended to wrap up anything, which ends up feeling a bit cash-grab. #botm #longreads #fantasy

Or maybe even building a little cathedral in your backyard? Definitely don't skip the foreword in this one. What is astounding is how a simple appreciation architectural design could have led to this masterpiece in human, historical, and cultural study that is at once so full of joy and so full of suffering.

The narration by John Lee was brilliant as well. Each character was beautifully acted. 5y
