so-soI loved the idea of this book but, maybe because of the length, I found it very hard to engage with. The main character was a bit lacklustre, the sister was just irritating and the doctor was frustratingly naive for a grown man... never mind a highly educated one! A little more character development would have gone a long way in my opinion.
Very well narrated though.
