This was a better book than the first one but still not up to par as a great book. I feel though that the books will get better as they go along so I will keep reading this series and see what happens. Jennifer is turning out to be a good detective and her relationship with Chad is going along just fine and I love watching it grow. So looking forward to book 3 of the series.

This is the first book of the series. The character of Katie is introduced and I think that book 2 should pick the story up and things will get off to a better start.

EadieB Katie ends up captive and Chad and Crisco are searching for her. Read this story and find out how she is rescued. If you love books where the main character is held captive then you would love this book. I look forward to reading Book 2 in the near future. Highly recommended. 1mo
