A little too centered on England, with such a generic name I expected a broader exploration of Erbalism in various cultures that are just spotted here and there. I do recognize the huge research behind this book though, and will explore more books in the author's bibliography.

I think this is a good little overview for beginners. Sure, it‘s not an “end all, be all” reference to end all references, but it‘s a good place to start that won‘t overwhelm someone that is new and curious. Beautiful photography and great resource list! Fun way to spend a morning off work. 🪴
Always at work, always reading this book
But I'm close to finishing it, so I can then focus on other books.
I'm not enjoying it as much as I thought, but it's not too bad. Just very english-centered ig.
I also have a date for my move to Germany and I'm very nervous and excited. Need to translate my resume and start sending out applications 😅
9 hour shift... After yesterday's 8 hours one and a prev day that was just as tiring
Trying to read some more of this book. I think I made good progress
Still slowly reading this book in my free time
Very interesting and I can't wait to finish it and write down all my thoughts

What else can one do when there is nothing to do at work....
One of my current reads. At work. (It's so dark because I'm in the archaeology section...)
I'm not feeling good at all emotionally, I feel like I'm completely cut out from community and when I try to bring it up I'm treated like crap. So I'm trying to distract myself with reading, but eh
