Paladins save us, I'm loving this series! And I'm pretty sure it's not just cause I really miss playing d&d. The mystery of the connection between worlds definitely thickens, and the book ends with needing more asap. There was a lot of leveling up through training and acquiring information before the action got ramped up again which felt a lot like certain gaming sessions 😂 so fun! #mommyreads #audiobook #givemeaquest

I've so been missing my D&D group from back in Ontario, and this book was perfect for filling the void. Most of the story features the adventures of a band of NPCs (non play characters) but there is some fun interweaving of scenes with a group of table top players.
