pick8/22 I finished this book yesterday and I had to let my feelings about it settle before reviewing. I loved the premise, it is original and definitely for our time. I really liked the MC. Harris did an excellent job of giving white women like me a view into the experience of black women in the work place. But the pacing was very off and it felt as though the plot and extra characters either needed fleshing out or cutting back. Overall a pick ⭐️⭐️⭐️
