I'm only two chapters in so I'm still not sure what I of it (although has a #debutnovelist had so many pages of glittering reviews to reintroduce its reprint? 😀) However, the scathingly polite response from Mr Norell to the Learned Society of York Magicians pompous 'prove yourself' letter did make me laugh: Wot. Who do you non-magical people think you are?! It would only have been better if he could have called them all Muggles 😂 #debutnovels
