‘They found the town silent, apparently abandoned.
But the terror had only begun in the tiny mountain town of Snowfield, California.‘
I bought this years ago and just finally got around to reading it. One of the best books I‘ve read by Dean Koontz.

Just started this yesterday, I'm excited to try it out 😄I am new to Dean Koontz
“An entire world hummed and bustled beyond the dark ramparts of the mountains, yet to Lindsay Harrison the night seemed empty, as hollow as the vacant chambers of a cold, dead heart.”
I did it, I made it through. That was my goal before I left on vacation. The concept is CREEPY; the fact that psychologists can manipulate the mind and take control. Parts of this bad boy DRAGGED for me and near the end I found myself skimming the big chunks to get to main points.
3✨ Well, I‘m glad I kept going. It was a struggle to get interested in the beginning, but it really picked up through the rest of the book. The ending went down a strange twist that I‘m not sure about. The humor through the thriller was a great touch. The creature was creepy. Overall, it was a good read. #Roll100 April (starting to catch up) @PuddleJumper
I‘m posting one book a day from my massive collection. No description, no reason for why I want to read it (some I‘ve had so long I don‘t even remember why!) Feel free to join in!
