pickTook a short break from Lakes Lost Kings MC to read this standalone set in the same world. Teller and Murphy (mostly Teller) make an appearance here, as does Jake (from Wrath‘s gym). Story centers on Bree, escaping from an abusive boyfriend. She comes back to her hometown to stay with her brother. Since Vince is out of the country he asks his best friend Liam, now a cop, to look after her. It‘s a romance, so there‘s an HEA.
