batsy @aschermetz I used to just grate cheese on toast and pop it in the toaster oven but then I saw this and was like, that's genius 😆 https://www.justapinch.com/recipes/breakfast/egg-breakfast/puffy-cheese-egg-toas... It's not really a recipe, just to get proportions right. The egg gives it a soufflé-like texture. 7y
