pasiphae_reads @Alexander_Meng I haven‘t read it yet!! The cover of this one is what caught my attention (it‘s so badass), and the author said the books can be read as standalones. However, I can definitely tell there are events/characters from the first book, so I do sorta regret not reading it first. But I‘ll do so sometime after reading BR because it‘s really good!! Fantastic world-building. 6y

Alexander_Meng Didn't see your comment until now. Think you should give it a go, I just couldn't put it down. Yes, great world-building but also hysterical! Which is a delight when reading a fantasy book... they tend to be very serious most of the time. 6y
