CallMeMax Would you recommend Lolita to someone who hasn't read Russian literature in a rather long time or would that be too hard to read? 8y

tricours @CallMeMax Nabokov originally wrote in English, If I'm not mistaken? Anyway I think he'd be a horrible choice since his prose is far from easy! And I haven't actually read Lolita 😁 I've got it in Swedish too, and I might opt for that version instead because my Russian paperback is so fragile. Or wait, did you not ask about the language aspect? 8y
