There's one aspect of this book that kinda ruined it for me (downplayed SA). But other than that aspect I really enjoyed it. Might have been my favorite mellick book if it wasn't for that.

This book is ridiculous from start to finish. It starts strongly as we learn about Sly Guy‘s unique family. The story ends on a somewhat dark high note as the reader learns about the aftermath of this Christmas adventure and its effect on Sly Guy‘s family life. The issue is there was a pretty significant amount of material in the middle that I was just forcing myself to make it through. Overall, it‘s unique enough for a weak recommendation!

Book 199🎧 3.3⭐️

Hilarious. These are probably my 2 favourite characters from the WP3 worlds. I wouldn‘t want to run into these brothers on the street!

teebe Does the bottom one say Christmas Gothic Short Stories? Because if so, I am immediately looking that up. 13mo
Patchshank @teebe Yes that's what it says. I got it at barnes and noble. It's part of their book annex thing for $12. 13mo

Mostly forgettable. But quick read, not much stands out in this long short story.

This story is among the strangest I‘ve ever read. It‘s really out there and took some time to warm up to. If nothing else, it‘s definitely creative and fast paced. I‘ll definitely try more of Iglesias‘s work!

Book 9🎧 3⭐️

Ever since Krang was born he could hear the cries and screams of insects; which no one believed.

Slowly his body had started to collapse in on itself… Krang has never stopped searching for answers but when he finally gets them, it isn‘t good.

It‘s contagious… all of it…

A story of personal metamorphosis and terror!

One of my top picks from Bizarro legend Carlton Mellick iii 😎

DinoMom I read my first Bizarro by that author a few months ago. The haunted vagina and enjoyed it. So going to have to read this one as well 😀 2y
Lukerey-Doo LOL was my first Mellick novel as well! I just chose this one to review as it made even more of an impression.
Another honourable mention is Spider Bunny!

hannah-leeloo Always welcome sweet, no need to apologise as we all started the same ❤️ 2y
DinoMom @Lukey-Looloo I will have to check out spider bunny as well! 2y
Lukerey-Doo @DinoMom I also have to also mention Neverday as well. A lot more serious theme kind of like Groundhog Day. Was an emotional read. 2y
