Fifth recipe for #MtCookbook was not baked goods! This was overly oily so I‘m keeping the recipe but dropping the oil drastically next time. Oh, and I couldn‘t be bothered to seek out broccolini but using broccoli was totally fine.

Bubbling Baked Fontina Val D‘Aosta (found it at Whole Foods!) and Food processor French bread (adapting a recipe from King Arthur‘s site)
I look forward to trying Barefoot Contessa‘s Hot Spiced Apple Cider recipe this month. Definitely adding the optional bourbon!

This weekend I had fun cooking with my oldest son. We made Boeuf Bourguignon. It was sooo delicious!
The Barefoot Contessa never disappoints.
The cranberry sauce recipe I made (I make it most years). #mistletoemaniacs #wintergames2021 #holidayrecipe #festiverecipe +26pts
Ina‘s microwave hollandaise recipe was easy and delicious! I love lots of lemon in my hollandaise and Ina adds a LOT (maybe too much?); I just added a little less the 2nd time I made it. But HOLLANDAISE in the MICROWAVE!!!!!
