It‘s about 2 young girls who see a man in the market selling a “magic light”, which they are convinced they need so their baby brother can sleep better & not get congested by the usual kerosene lamps. So they start selling flowers to raise money for it. Sweet & wholesome. 4⭐️🇳🇵

*Not the tagged book* Audible produces a Words + Music series, which allows listeners to consume a brief overview of various music artists. I enjoyed learning about legendary cellist Yo-Yo Ma in this Audible Original, Beginner‘s Mind. Yo-Yo Ma immediately had my attention when the audiobook opened with him describing a remote home he and his wife enjoy that is immersed in nature.

I was excited to come across this book, plus there was a sequel on the shelf written something like 30 years later, but... The sex. I couldn't handle all the writing about prostitution and fellow travellers talking about their sexual adventures in these countries. I'm sad that I wasted 4 days of reading time before realising it was just going to get worse.
